SheSays is a humor and entertainment application that allows users to enter phrases they have heard in relationships and receive humorous interpretations and suggested responses. The App may also include community features where users can share and view decodes posted by others.
All content generated within the App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
SheSays does not provide professional relationship, psychological, or counseling advice.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Generated Content

The App may allow users to submit or share content, including phrases, decodes, or comments (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content you:

• Grant SheSays a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App
• Confirm that you own the content or have permission to post it

Users may not post content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, or threatening
• Harassing or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit
• Illegal or promoting illegal activities
• Spam or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who violate these rules.

4. Content Moderation

SheSays provides tools that allow users to:

• Report inappropriate content
• Block other users

Reported content may be reviewed and removed at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SheSays may offer optional premium subscription features.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software

7. Intellectual Property

All content within SheSays, including but not limited to:

• logos
• designs
• text
• software
• graphics

is owned by SheSays or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimer

SheSays is a comedy and entertainment application.
Interpretations, translations, and responses generated by the App are not factual statements and should not be taken as serious advice.

Use the App responsibly and with a sense of humor.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheSays and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if users violate these Terms of Use.
